You will be responsible for coordinating with sales and customers for a day-to-day sales administration, including:
Responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries.
Provides basic administrative and support within the sales function.
Coordinates delivery of orders with material planner and warehouse personnel to ensure proper stock allocation and delivery of goods to customers.
Communicates customer inquiries (Quotations/Order Entry/Expedite and follow up delivery and shipping doc with factory/Quality and AR if any issue /messages / feedback to teams and sales owner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of any major subject.
3-5 years experiences in materials planning or customer service would be advantage.
Experiences in SAP would be advantage.
Native Thai and good command of reading and spoken of English.
Negotiable skills Service minded.
Ability to work under pressure and tight dateline with hard work.
PC literacy on MS Office.
