If you have lost your farm for some reason, please contact Hay Day Player Support through the game, pressing the "Contact us" button and we'll do our best to help you get the farm back.
In the message, please send us the following information regarding the farm:
The exact name of the farm,
The exact level of the farm,
The name of the neighborhood your farm belonged too.
Explain how you lost the farm
Let us know if you are contacting us from the device on which you want to recover your farm
Please note that the information is required for both the lost farm and the farm that you currently have on your device.
