2.1. Subjects
Eleven typically developing (TD) French-speaking children from 2.6 to 7 years old (mean age=4.4; SD=1.7) participated in the study. Subjects were recruited in kindergarten and extra-curricular activities organized by the municipality in Alsace, France. Exclusion criteria included previous diagnosis or consultation in a psychiatric or psychological service and an IQ below 85. Informed assent and consent from parents were obtained for all subjects. One subject (S21) left the study after two experimental sessions; it was difficult for this child to leave the kindergarten group, and he terminated both sessions after only a few minutes. As a result, we considered he no longer consented to participate. Table 1 presents age, gender, verbal IQ, performance IQ, and receptive language measures.
