About their complaint, if you know could you tell me details?
1. The consistency of product thickness : what is concrete problem? How much difference did they find?
2. Contamination : what is contaminated and frequency?
3. Decrease of oil volume during baking : How does it affect to finished product? As you know, the process flow strongly affect to phenomenon. Are they following Gindaco’s instruction or still doing their own way?
4. When they found the problem, which lot was used?
