As for the system evaluations, Fig. 5 shows the results of
the comparison between the paper-based training diary and
the web-based training diary. The number of the members
using the paper-based training diary was up to 23 per week.
The number was also up to 37 during the activity period. The
number of the members using the web-based training diary
was up to 53 per week. The number was also up to 83 during
the activity period. The number of the members using the
paper-based training diary gradually increased from the
beginning of the sports club to the 6th and the ih week,
peaking in 23. After that the number gradually decreased and
vanished by the 20th week. On the other hand, the number of
the members using the web-based training diary peaked in 53
at the 18th week when the system operation started. After that
the number maintained more than 40, decreasing to 30 after
the 25th. Finally the number decreased to less than 30 after
the 28th week.
The questionnaire survey was carried out among the 80
members who attended the club meeting after the three
months system operation. Finally, the questionnaire data of
the 73 members who answered all the questions were
processed by statistics analysis. As a result, the number of
the members who continued to utilize the system was 24.
The number of the members who stopped utilizing was 12.
