It is quite a confusing communication loop, which should have started and ended here within Compliance (between BC3 and AML/CFT Teams). The request came in to Compliance (me) and Compliance (by BC3) sent out to Product (Khun Prapat) to come back to seek advice from Compliance (AML/CFT). Responses will anyway be sent back to BOT via Compliance (me). Why can’t BC3 directly talk to AML/CFT Team and come back to me? As the application was sent to BOT before my time, please put together the draft responses – product features / requirements and AML’s responses – for my final consideration…
