In L TE network, the users measure SINR through receiving the Reference Signal (RS), then SINR is mapped to Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) which reflects the channel quality. The value of CQI conducts eNodeB to allocate proper radio resource and choose Modulation and Coding Scheme (MCS).In 020 communication module, we imitate the mechanism of CQI in LTE network. In order to calculate the CQI between D2D users, we should measure the link quality which can be calculated as equation (3) described. After that, the mapping of CQI for all the 020 users' direct link is taken in the next step. 020 users then report the feedback information about results of link quality measurement to eNodeB. eNodeB schedule power and frequency resource for both cellular users and 020 users according to the feedback information from them. Fig 2 shows the flow chart of resource scheduling procedure.
