PARTICIPANT WILL WORK AS A PREP COOK AND DISHWASHER AND MUST BE WILLING TO PERFORM BOTH DUTIES. AS A DISHWASHER, PARTICIPANT MUST OPERATE DISHWASHER, FOLLOW ALL SAFETY AND SANITATION POLICIES, USE PROPER MEASUREMENTS OF DETERGENT AND SANITIZER IN THE DISH MACHINE, PLACE AND RESTOCK CLEAN DISHES, UTENSILS, AND COOKING EQUIPMENT IN STORAGE AREAS. OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE SORTING AND REMOVING TRASH, PLACING IT IN DESIGNATED PICKUP AREAS, BREAK DOWN, CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE DISH MACHINE AT END OF SHIFT, SWEEP AND SCRUB FLOORS AND LOAD OR UNLOAD TRUCKS THAT DELIVER OR PICK UP FOOD AND SUPPLIES.
