Well, I think that a stress is major cause of the obesity because of the stress causes the system to work in our daily life be incorrect. Which it will stimulate the brain to produce hormones (Cortisol). When hormone secrete, the body needs more carbohydrates. Some people use different methods to relieve stress. For example, some people relaxed by go to shopping, some people relaxed by sleep, some people relaxed by eat some dessert. Which the relaxation by eat some dessert may be causes to fat without knowing it.
