I fully understand. Not being upset with you but being in the situation that I am now having cost incurred to myself that I hold for more than a month.
Please understand that find it frustrating paying upfront 80000 and then having to wait for reimbursement due to no fault of my own.
Changes were done on request and approved by LL4+ understand somewhere in the fine print it states that changes require new TER but anyway not even worth discussing.
It would have been in fact no new etracker but only an additional local one. Without any effect to the TER. Correct?
GIVEN that AMEX accepted the LL4+ approval shows I am not the only one that overlooked that. Anyway I am the one to have to see how to handle the unexpected delay in payment.
If I have incremental cost I’ll add to the TER.
