- RINSE OFF ALL THE SERVICE TRAY THROUGH THE DISH WASHER MACHINE
- WIPE OFF THE STATION
- CHECK THE STORE IF ANYTHING NEED TO BE ORDER AND REPORT TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY.
- TAKE OF THE TRASH AND SWEEP THE FLOOR BY THE KITCHEN AREA.
DURING SERVICE: POLISHED SILVERWARE, GLASSWARE AND FILL UP THE RESTAURANT SERVICE STATION.
