Article X. Quality of Products
1. Carpoly will accept any written objection to the quality of the goods within shelf life after delivery. Any
objection beyond shelf life will not be accepted.
2. Carpoly and Beger agree to undertake friendly negotiations in order to reach a best solution to settle the
complaint confirmed by the both parties.
3. Under no circumstances Carpoly will bear the consequences caused by wrong application or
environmental factors.
4. If there is any quality problem happening to Carpoly wood paint, Beger shall send feedback to Carpoly
in the form of words, pictures and videos. Carpoly shall provide the solution in 1-2 working days.
