The purposes of this study were to investigate and compare the status and problems on the learning resources management in Sahapanyawit secondary schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 23, and to study the problems on the learning resources management in Sahapanyawit secondary school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 23. The samples used in this study were 228 secondary school teachers working in Sahapanyawit secondary school. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis include mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test.
The result were as follows: (1) The teachers had opinions in the overall situations on the learning resources management in secondary Sahapanyawit schools at the high level. The comparative results of the status on the learning resources management in secondary Sahapanyawit schools were found that teachers who taught in different school sizes and different locations expressed their opinions on the status of the learning resources management in secondary schools not different overall. (2) The teachers expressed their opinions on the problems of the learning resources management in secondary Sahapanyawit schools at follows: The problems mostly found in the process of resources management planning (Plan), the process of implementation (Do), the process of checking the learning resources (Check), and the process of improving and developing the learning resource establishment (Action) were shortage in personnel or persons in charge for administration, teachers and school personnel, an excessive workload, being inadequate time to prepare information about learning resources in schools. There are no fixed criteria for monitoring and evaluation of learning resources in schools. An exploring was done, but it is not prioritized the needs of using the learning resources in schools respectively.
