Furthering this possibility is Feedberg’s assertion that this work was commissioned for the pavillon. The fact that it was submitted to the contest organize by the DGBA, from which it was selected for display at the pavillion, does not contradict her assertion: the organizers in Valencia reserved the option to invite certain artists to enter the contest.
