INTRODUCTION
Up to this date, there is no law or government regulation directly concern
with electronic commerce in Indonesia. For the past four years, Indonesian
government has been concentrating on how to live each day and how to find the
right leader to set Indonesia free from the magnitude political and economic
crisis. Prices on basic-needs and other goods have been increasing, causing the
gap between the rich and the poor growing more and more; increasing the total
amount of the poor and amazingly, increasing the total amount of the rich.
