3.5.2 Flow and types of training evaluation
Major part of training evaluation is implemented in the procedure of “measuring,” “comparing with the standard,” “deciding the value” and then “improving” as shown below:
1. Measuring → measure the state of the trainees
2. Comparing with the standard → look at the difference between the measurement result and the
standard
3. Deciding the value → make judgment of success or failure
4. Improving → Analyze the measurement result and assist trainees so that they can succeed
