1.Ensure that all employee filings are organized according to the agreed standard and codes.
2.Coordinate recruitment with all concerns which include applicants and interviewers reflecting friendly hospitality and effectiveness and the best first impression.
3.Do the first screening of rank and file recruitment.
4.Key in all applicants and update applicant’s information in system.
5.Conduct for time attendant process.
6.Conduct for welfare & safety committee and employee relation.
7.Handle for performance appraisal process.
8.Properly screen and prepare relevant documents for further interviews.
9.Coordinate the human resources activities according to the plan and budget.
10.Co-ordinate training process and set up orientation program for new staff.
11.Assist with the organization of employee meetings and functions.
12.Handle basic function of human resources inquiries.
13.Posting of notices and relevant information on the employee notice board.
14.Update photo, job search, promotions, and other information on timely basis.
15.Conduct initial exit interview for rank & file employees who resign without any causes.
16.Coordinate training activities and programs to departmental concerned accordingly
17.Maintain and update training records of all staff who have undergone training
18.Monitor and evaluate all student trainee in training
19.Set up and maintain a systematic filing within the training department
20.Monitor and attend 15 minutes training randomly
21.Monitor the progress of the training plan for each department ensure that the training objective are being achieved
22.Ensure that all training and staff activity are follow up accordingly
23.Responsible for all clerical function in the training section
24.Assist in hanging/ filing of correspondence received via e-mail, letter, internal memos, etc.
25.Conducts training plan for needs grids and mandatory training by AHS
26.Ensure effective training programs are in place as topic as in training plan
27.Design, produce and implement training programs which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with department heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective.
28.Other duties as directed by human resources manager.
