The title of my earlier book, The Only True God: A Study of Biblical Monotheism, indicates that its subject-matter is Biblical monotheism, and that the book, to be true to its title, would cover the important Biblical teaching of Yahweh as the one and only God. In this chapter, we will not repeat what was covered in my earlier book except for some slight overlap, but will reflect briefly and less formally on Yahweh as the one and only God.
