Seung Hyun walked into the mansion, greeted by an angry SeungRi. He rose a brow, trying to wipe off the dry blood on his lips. SeungRi’s foot tapped the floor impatiently, “He eats mortal food?” He repeated his question around three times, louder each time. Seung Hyun’s eye twitched, “So what if he does?”
“What kind of demon is that?” SeungRi rolled his eyes, “Demon’s eat mortals, am I right?”
“Not all demons, SeungRi.” He brought his shoes to the shoe rack. He glanced at Ji Yong’s black boots. They were a few inches past the ankles, with red laces. He wouldn’t really imagine them any different, the colours suited him well. He placed his shoes next to Ji Yong’s and glanced to SeungRi who kept mumbling.
“I knew something was wrong with him when he came here, Hyung!” SeungRi crossed his arms, “I don’t like him.”
“Well, you’re going to have to live with him because I’m not bringing him back.” Seung Hyun sighed, walking to the kitchen. He grabbed a bottle of species water, taking off the cap. SeungRi rolled his eyes, eyeing the vampire up and down, “How was dinner?” He asked. Seung Hyun chuckled, “Unique.”
“If you’re going to take mortals and just drink their blood, can’t I meet it first?” SeungRi pouted. Seung Hyun laughed, “No. I’m not going to walk them out and dump them somewhere afterwards. That’s too much work.”
“Then let me go with you!” SeungRi said, stepping in front of the vampire, who gave a sharp sigh. “No, SeungRi. You don’t want to see me when I’m about to feast. I’m not the same.”
“I don’t care! You’re always the same in my eyes, Hyung!” SeungRi stepped in front of him every time he tried to step somewhere else. Seung Hyun looked down at him and sighed at his pathetic puppy dog face, “No, SeungRi. I’m serious.”
“I’m serious too! I don’t want to eat with them anymore!” SeungRi whined.
SeungHyun’s eyebrow twitched, “What don’t you like about Ji Yong? What’s so wrong with him?” His voice rose a little bit. He noticed this, calming down a bit.
“The way you are around him.” SeungRi said. “When you came here, the aura around you was different than the time you brought Daesung or Young Bae here! Did something happen in the car when you two drove here?” He interrogated.
Seung Hyun stood there for a second and then pushed SeungRi out his way. He stormed to his room that was next to Young Bae’s. He saw Young Bae’s door was open from the corner of his eye. He could see him and a red headed person next to him. Was that Ji Yong? Is that why Ji Yong’s lights were off?
He pressed his back on the wall, eaves dropping.
Young Bae placed a hand on Ji Yong’s shoulder, “Don’t worry, Ji Yong, you’ll get so comfortable around here, you won’t even remember about being tense.” Ji Yong sighed, “Maybe.” He said.
Young Bae turned Ji Yong, placing his over hand on his other shoulder, “Damn, you’re tense. Calm down, Ji. Can I call you Ji?” He chuckled, digging his thumbs next to his shoulder blades.
Ji Yong let out a soft sigh, “Yeah, you can.”
“Are you older than me?”
“I-If you call one hundred and twelve younger than you then-” Ji Yong let out a hiss when Young Bae dug deeper into his shoulder.
“Oh, I-I’m sorry am I hurting you?” Young Bae asked.
“N-No, do that again.” Ji Yong said, closing his eyes. Young Bae made him settle down and become calm.
Seung Hyun rose a brow, what the hell are they doing in there on the first day? Why the hell is Young Bae going after him?
When he heard Ji Yong release another soft sound, he heard himself let out a low growl. His eyebrow twitched. He wanted to know what they doing. He walked in the room, “You guys know the door’s open?”
“Oh, hey, Hyung!” Young Bae said, he thumbs were digging into Ji Yong’s back. Ji Yong’s eyes were closed and he was biting his lower lip. His eyes fluttered open, looking at Seung Hyun, “H-Hey Hyung.” He smiled.
Seung Hyun felt a little bit heated up by this. He was the one who brought Ji Yong to this mansion; he should be the one doing that. He should be the one calming Ji Yong from SeungRi’s hateful words. He should be on the same bed as Ji Yong- wait, what is he thinking. He placed his hand on his head, grabbing a headful of hair. “Uh… hey.” He gave a small smile. He didn’t know what he was thinking now.
“Just calming this oldie.” Young Bae smiled, he brought his elbow and kneaded his back. Ji Yong hissed again, he looked at Seung Hyun again; his eye colour was a mixture of orange and pink. Seung Hyun stared into them. He’s seen this colour in the sky before, but seeing this shade in the orbs that belongs to Ji Yong was one of the iest things he’s seen in his life.
“T-That’s nice of you, Young Bae.” Seung Hyun said. Ji Yong gave Seung Hyun a small smile.
Young Bae stopped and Ji Yong stood up and stretched. “Wow.” Was the word that left his lips. He smiled at Young Bae, “Thanks, man. That was amazing. I feel so relaxed now.” He said, jogging in place. Young Bae smiled at him, “Any time, man!”
Ji Yong’s eyes were back to orange as he smiled brightly at the male. Seung Hyun gave a small smile, “You’ll like it here, okay?” He told Ji Yong.
“Yeah!” He smiled. Something about his smile made Seung Hyun feel different. He hasn’t felt this different before, yet he shook it off.
Seung Hyun smiled and walked out of the room, entering his dark room. Everything in his room was a dark purple. The windows were covered with two curtains over it. Being a vampire, of course, the sunlight was a bad thing. Not all times, though. This is the reason why Seung Hyun doesn’t show his skin as much. Only in the mansion does he wear short sleeves, shorts, slides, etc. It’s rare to see him showing skin outside the mansion, even at night.
He rested his back on his king sized bed. “Why did I get this bed if I have no one to share it with?” He grumbled, tossing left and right. He huffed, holding his pillow close to him, looking into the darkness. He imagined Ji Yong next to him. Why did his eyes change a different shade? He imagined the demon staring at him, smiling lovingly at him. His eyes were the same shade from before.
Oh, how Seung Hyun just wanted to know more about him. It was too early. It had only been more than twelve hours since he has been here. He can wait a few more days, right?
It’s so weird. He hasn’t been so interested in any of the other guys before. Of course, they did cross his mind. Stuff like if they’d like him, sleep well, eat well, get along, etc. But when it came to Ji Yong, he just wondered if Ji Yong would like him, like him more than he’d want him too.
The imaginary Ji Yong smirked at him, looking at Seung Hyun with needy eyes. His hand caressed Seung Hyun’s cheek and he moved closer to him. Seung Hyun’s eyes widened, causing him to sit up quickly. He grabbed a fist of hair and growled, “What’s wrong with me?” He mumbled. He looked down seeing Ji Yong’s head where he didn’t plan on it being. He looked up at him, “Hyung.” He giggled.
Seung Hyun got off his bed quickly, walking out his room. “I should just take a quick shower.” He said, fanning himself with his hand when he felt himself suddenly get hot. He went to the towel closet, grabbing a towel, closing the door. He walked to the bathroom, opening the door.
He dropped his towel at the sight he saw.
It seemed as if Ji Yong had just gotten out the shower. He was wiping his face with his towel, exposing himself.
“U-Uh!” Seung Hyun’s mouth was gaped open.
Ji Yong removed the towel from his face, eye’s opening wide. “H-Hyung!” He quickly placed the towel around his waist, still leaving his chest in the view.
Seung Hyun felt his blood rush towards his face and to his lower region, “S-Sorry! I thought it was u-unoccupied!” He bit his lip, closing the door quickly. His eyes were still widened and his hands were shaky.
He rested his back against the wall, sliding down to the floor. “Wow.”
