I have many reasons for my agreement. Generally, pawning pricing have to lower than market price but the pawning rice policy gives rice price that higher than market price. For example, the market price is 11700 baht for a ton but the government's rice price is 15000 baht. moreover, bringing rice from Myanmar, Cambodia join this policy leading to an enormous losing in the rice trade. It makes minister and deputy minister of finance can't show exact amount of losses in the rice trade because corruption.
