Customer(Khun Napaporn +66 61 625 9990) reported us that she can’t connect to Australia, she can use the internet normally.
After our LSP tried to reset the modem Customer still can’t connect, she then contact to her Australian partner and the problem was solved.
Customer didn’t gave us detail on how Australian partner solved the issue but the problem shouldn’t caused by our network.
