Within the SAP Service Marketplace, SAP has created designated SAP product components (hereinafter “Queues”) for all products under SAP maintenance. The PARTNER shall forward all Support Cases to SAP via a corresponding Queue, and the PARTNER will respond to SAP and to the End User by using the SAP Service Marketplace. The PARTNER shall monitor this Queue regularly and assure, for the Support Cases attributed to that Queue, the availability of technical support agreed on between both parties under this Agreement.
