• Overseeing all working process in Chiangmai Branch in Fleet Sales/ Operation/ Customer
Service
• Hand on the business strategies in order to achieve overall business
• Driving Overall CRM and Fleet Operation
• Scheduling, Coaching, Monitoring, Disciplining, and Appraising employee’s work as needed
• Motivates, controls and develops Fleet Sales team/ Operation Staff/ Customer Relations to
achieve the agreed sales and objectives
• Initiating strategic plans to develop team effectively
• Ensure that adequate knowledge and training are provided to staff under supervision
in order to effectively and efficiently perform assigned task
• Assisting to give some guidance for supporting all staff do their work more efficiently
in accordance with company policy 2
• Coordinating with related section both internal and external
• Helping to develop a customer service policy for an entire organization
• Managing/leading/supervising a team of customer services staff
• Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
• Investigating and solving customer’s complaint, which may be complex or long-standing
problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
• Handling customer complaints or any major incidents
• Issuing refunds or compensation to customers
• Writing reports analyzing the customer service
• Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
• Regularly reporting section’s progress, achievement, obstacles and suggest to
the Managing Director and Owner
• Managing and supervising CR staff and Fleet Sales teams to meet their KPI
• Taking good care the foreign customers from Showroom/Service Maintenance Department
and making close relationship with existing key customers
• Visiting customers on site to maintain customer satisfaction and good relationships
• Creating a management process to follow up to customer service issues and also analyzing
customer problems and utilizing customer data in the way that enhances service
improvements and development
