Support recruitment process i.e. Confirm an interview appointment, Inform manager when candidate arrive for interview
- Record leave / summarize leave / issue leave form
- Administrate social security request ; change hospital, benefit reimbursement
- Submit social security request on behalf of employees
- Medical/dental reimbursement coordination for employees
- Distribute Medical Insurance card / check up request / Provident Fund member code letter to employees
- Submit Welfare Committee meeting report to Labour Office
- Air ticket booking (oversea trip) and online check-in for Management team / staff
- Accommodation booking with logistics arrangement for Visitor
- Arrange coffee break / lunch, book restaurant for visitor
- Book and prepare meeting room for meeting
- Check Monthly expense for PH staff
- Coordinate with logistics agency regarding urgent international shipment
- Logistics arrangement with instructor's admin Staff
- Collect training evaluation and tracking individual training attendance
- Prepare copy of training handout
- Filing Training materials, training record and other related to each training course
- Coordinate with finance on invoice, debit note and payment for recruitment / training fee / travel / HR related payment
- Support HR department on ad-hoc request
