As noted that this order had placed at few months ago and customer also advise which forwarder that we have to contact. Since all the detail on hand, Why there cause a lot of problems on communication with customer. Since those are the task about the shipment and delivery and why Logistic can't provide the information promptly to customer. Please check what cause the delay on communication and why this happen?
Previously our marketing never fail on the service customer in prompt, we do hope that Logistic can do as we did previously, IF u are not really can't achieve those services provided to customer, pls. say so then MKT can take over those service and without having problems on dealing even internal and external. HOPE that u are aware on this after sales service to customers.
