Conclusion
The research question posed by this study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of
integrating a professional dancer [Eric Andrew] into the collegiate dance environment.
A final analysis of the data collected from varied sources and participants in
this case study revealed the successful integration of Andrew into the collegiate
environment. The limitations of this study are acknowledged as a single case study
focused on the experiences of one subject. However, the study provides the benefit
of a frame of reference for the future study and diffusion of collegiate dance partnerships
with professional dance companies. The findings from this study were
further analyzed to determine the key elements that could be cited as integral to the
successful integration of Andrew into the collegiate environment. The following
four broad frames of reference were developed from the analysis of findings applicable
to the future diffusion of these kinds of innovative educational partnerships
