6. Discussion and conclusion
Our analyses show that distributive justice affects employees' trust in organization, and that the relationship is stronger in SOEs than in JVs. In addition, the positive effect of procedural justice on trust in organization is stronger in JVs than in SOEs. The effect of interactional justice on trust in supervisor, however, is similar in both types of organization. These findings indicate the differential effects of various different organizational contexts. Besides, we also find that the OCB of employees is affected by their trust in organization in both samples. The effect of trust in supervisor on OCB, however, is significant only in the JV sample.
