1. Once an enrollment letter has been issued, no refund will be made except under the following conditions: a .If your Course is canceled by Cebulanguages. Cebulanguages will refund the full course fee . b. When a Visa application has been refused. Cebulanguages will refund the course fee less any courier, transfer and reasonable administrative charges (not more than 10%) on production of the following evidence (1) Visa refusal letter (2) Passport showing both a photography and signature (3) If payee was not the student, an authority letter from student authorizing the repayment to payee. c. Refund under section 5(b) must be claimed in writing within 30 days of issuing a refusal letter. No claim will be accepted after 30 days.
2. Cebulanguages reserves the right to dismiss any student at anytime for non-payment of fees. No fee will be refunded for any student for any student dismissed under this section.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building; any one found doing so may face disciplinary charges
4. Cebulanguages is committed to following an equal policy. Your data may be used for policy review.
5. Cebulanguages reserves the right to inform appropriate authorities including the Philippines Bureau of Immigration where a student has been removed from Cebulanguages under section (2), (3) and (7).
6. All information you supply to Cebulanguages has to be correct, complete and legible.
7. You must comply and follow all the school rules and regulations a copy will be on arrival at the school.
8. You must supply attested copies of academic certificates, relevant documentation and one passport sized photography.
