Exclusion of Supply
Foundation Work.
Electrical power supply line for erection & installation of equipment at site.
The buyer will provide main circuit breaker 20 Amp and/or any tool which specific by Seller.
Remark
The selling price is exclusive of Value Added Taxes
Any Taxes, or additional costs, due to federal, state of municipal legislation, to which the prices in the Quotation and Purchase order are subject will be paid by the Buyer.

Within 90 days from receipt of your official order, down payment, clarification and sign approved of all technical
“The Buyer shall prepare a site for installation a Goods/Equipment in accordance with the requirements by the Seller. In the event that the Seller cannot enter to such site cause it’s inconvenient for installation, this case shall not consider that the Seller fail to installation, and that the Seller have right to charge a penalty at the rate of 0.1 % of the total value of a Goods/Equipment per day till the date of enter to site for installation.
Payment Term
30% of order total is due with initial purchase order and/or signing contract (Payment due on receipt of invoice).
60% of order total is due upon Buyer’s receipt of Goods/Equipment (Payment due thirty (30) days from the date of invoice).
10% of order total is due after Goods/Equipment approval by Buyer (Payment due thirty (30) days from the date of invoice). Buyer shall not unreasonably withhold approval of Goods/Equipment. Any non-approval must be detailed and specified in writing. Where a project is being terminated, payment shall be due before delivery as set forth
Validity
This offer is valid until 31 October, 2014
The offering price is calculated, based on the foreign exchange as announced by the Bank Of Thailand dated 3/10/14, however if the rate exchange is deviated more than 3% the price revision is required
Late Charge ands and Collection
If payment is not received by the due date, invoices are considered past due. Buyer agrees to pay a late charge of 1.5% per month on any amounts past due. Buyer agrees to pay any of Seller’s cost incurred in attempting to collect any past due amounts owed by Buyer, including Seller’s legal fees.
Changes
Any notice, instruction, communication or purchase order from the Buyer received subsequence to Seller’s quotation which has the effect of changing the specifications, scope of work, or other terms, will not be effective unless Seller accepts the change in writing. By making such changes, Buyer agrees to any necessary adjustments in the price and/or delivery schedule.
Limited Warranty
Repair or Replace Only: Seller’s obligation under this warranty is expressly and exclusively limited to correcting or replacing parts which are shown to be defective. This Warranty shall not apply to defects caused by the failure of the Buyer to properly use or maintain the products, defects caused by the failure of the Buyer to use the products for the intended purpose, defects caused by the Buyer’s unauthorized modification of the products, or defects caused by damage to the product or component parts as a result of changes which the Buyer undertakes without the specific written approval of Seller. This Warranty shall not apply to “wear parts” where normal use will require replacement during the Warranty period.
Our equipment is under the warranty for Twelve (12) months from the date of handling over the equipment.
And the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuses or faults due to poor maintenance or operation not according to the operating instruction.
Should the failure of the equipment be due to defective parts/components, warrantee replacement shall be granted upon buyer giving sufficient evidence of the premature failure.
Termination and Cancellation
Buyer agrees to give Seller fifteen (15) days advance written notice of any project which Buyer thinks is likely to terminate. Buyer agrees to pay termination charges which include, but are not limited to, the cost of any product which Seller purchased or produced in anticipation of meeting Buyer’s established ordering patterns and lead time requirements, and storage charges on product not being used.
