The objective of this research was to study the feasibility of using durian and mangosteen peels
as briquette fuel by mixing tapioca flour or molasses as binder at different ratio and then pressed by
screw press cold process. The properties of briquette fuels were analyzed according to ASTM
standards. The appropriated use of briquette fuel was studied and air emissions from combustion of
briquette fuels were also analyzed. The results showed that heating value of products range from
