The consumer has more choices to the food from this problem so the decision support system has influence to the McDonald markets.
For the McDonalds, it has used WiFi in the restaurant to gather information about customer practice and length of stay and sales. It’s good idea for restaurant because you can easily know how much the customers were staying and what are they satisfied.
