In a recent survey 77% of businesses in the UK said that playing music increased staff morale and also improved the working atmosphere. Today, rules about listening everyone has a smartphone or an mp3 player and employees can choose their own private playlists. However, many managers are still unhappy about the idea of members of their team listening, to music, using headphones at their desks and being cutoff from their colleagues.
