Abstract
The special project Plant layout and design of automatic bottled drinking water manufactory in Loei Rajabhat University. Aims to study possibility about plant layout and design of automatic bottled drinking water manufactory. Steps of study begining with study basic information about plant layout and design, survey behavior of consumer of drinking water, information about automatic bottled drinking water manufacturing, Plant layout design of automatic bottled drinking water manufactory. A population random by using table of Krejcie and Morgan, Plant layout and design with program Sketchup 2013, study details of automatic bottled drinking water produce process laboratory which have 4 rooms. 1) Injuction Blow Molding Plastic laboratory include Air Compressor, Air Reservoir Tank, Extrusion Blow Molding Machine, Blow Molding Machine, Injection Molding Machine and small crane 2 ton 2) Automatic bottled drinking water produce room include Raw Water Tank 1000 liter, Air Compressor, RO system strainer, Washing Filling Capping, Bottle Belt Conveyor, Cap Feeder, Labelling, Label Shrinking Tunnel, Water Tube Boiler, Packing and Wrapping, Wrap Shrinking Tunnel, Drinking Water Cup Making Machine 3) Raw Material storage use for keep material that use in drinking water produce process 4) Office use for working and planning.
The result of study information of surveying behavior of consumer of drinking water found that the number of consumer have satisfaction and support to produce bottled drinking water in Loei Rajabhat University Possibility 86.36 %. When compare with hypothesis have satisfaction and support to produce bottled drinking water in Loei Rajabhat University more than 70 %. That possibility to Plant layout and design of automatic bottled drinking water manufactory.
