Using DachengqiTang(DCQT)asamodel,highperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)
fingerprints wereappliedtooptimizemachineextractingprocesswiththeBox–Behnken experimental
design. HPLC fingerprints werecarriedouttoinvestigatethechemicalingredientsofDCQT;synthetic
weighing methodbasedonanalytichierarchyprocess(AHP)andcriteriaimportancethroughintercriteria
correlation (CRITIC)wasperformedtocalculatesyntheticscoresof fingerprints; usingthemark
ingredients contentsandsyntheticscoresasindicators,theBox–Behnken designwascarriedoutto
optimize theprocessparametersofmachinedecoctingprocessunderhighpressureforDCQT.Resultsof
optimal processshowedthattheherbmaterialsweresoakedfor45minandextractedwith9foldsvolume
of waterinthedecoctingmachineunderthetemperatureof140 1C tillthepressurearrivedat0.25MPa;
then hotdecoctionwasexcretedtosoakDahuangandMangxiaofor5min.Finally,obtainedsolutions
were mixed, filtrated andpacked.ItconcludedthatHPLC fingerprints combinedwiththeBox–Behnken
experimental designcouldbeusedtooptimizeextractingprocessoftraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM).
