I have acquired the login details from the vendor, three email addresses in total, and logged in on their behalf. Which these 3 email addresses was sign up after your suggestion. The problem persists and appears to be a genuine issue. Can you please investigate further,
In this case, Pall Thailand has already paid and cannot post the details to SAP. This case has been pending now for two months since the vendor is unable to complete the process of "creating a vendor."
