Coaching & Staffing: The managers have a responsibility to coach their staff with the right way. Staffing is the managerial function that emphasizes on choosing the right person in the right job in order to develop their performance in the business.
Planning & Changing: It’s very important that the manager should planning a plan what will they do in the future for their business. The changing also needs to be planned before it starts. It will prevent from the resist of the staff.
Motivating & Organizing: Every staffs have their own type of motivator, so the manager should motivate in individual to create a better results and be able to maximize their working performance. HR will organize the staff to make them work together.
Delegating & Representing: Efficient delegation is very important in business, it is the key element that a manager should have. How they look, how they speak and how they think will represent the business that the manager works for.
Negotiating: Can be divided into internal is the negotiating with another department within the business and external is the negotiating without side the business, such as customers, suppliers and society. If the managers have a good skill of negotiating it will help the value of business increase.
If the communicate role and responsibility to the staff goes wrong. It will cause the damage by the following:
Inefficiencies: The managers have failed to clearly communicate the staff might performing under the level of expectation and also lead to inefficiency within the organization.
Loss of business opportunities: if they communicate have a problem in identifying the need of client; it might damage the sales of the organization.
Effects on organization image: It continues from the factor above, if it has an effect on sale it’s also effect on the image.
