I want to make clear that we always check everything very carefully when it enters our warehouse. The problem is that when the rawhide is not dry enough it is not moldy when it enters the building. It takes time and after a while the bones start to get moldy.
We also never had this problem but we store everything the same way for years. We have a dry warehouse. The problem can absolutely not be caused by the way we stored it because we have a very big stock of rawhide and never had this problem before.
All the other rawhide that is present in this building does not have the same problem. We are now investigating if the problem is also present in the last batch we received in January 2014. We expect that this will be fine and the problem is only present in the one batch.
I will inform you immediately after we checked everything and we count on you to help us solve the problem.
