Payment for your August bookings is fast approaching, so here is some important information to assist us with getting payment to you by the due date.
As you are aware, Wotif.com bookings are now being powered by the Expedia platform. We will be retiring the Wotif extranet as of Sep 30, 2015 and as a result, payments for your bookings through the Wotif Group extranet need to be finalised.
A final payment of your outstanding Wotif Group bookings will be made on 15th September so it is important that we receive all your outstanding invoices before 1700 (AEST) on the 10th of September to be paid in this remittance.

We will transmit the funds to your nominated bank account on the evening of the 15th of September and then send your detailed remittance via email.
For bookings paid by Wotif Group Virtual Credit Cards, please note that all existing cards used in connection with bookings on the Wotif Group platform will expire on 10th September 2015 so you need to ensure payment is processed to these cards as close as possible to the guest check out date, no later than the 10th September.
