Linguistic Communication
-is the process of transporting ideas by means of language. This could be done by using written symbols (printed words) or spoken symbols (sounds).
Non-Linguistic Communication
-is the process of communicating by means of sounds or actions without the use of words.
For example, we can laugh to express amusement. We can smile to express pleasure or bitter feelings. We can shriek or clench our fist to express anger. We can raise our eyebrows to express surprise or disapproval.
