This email is in the regards to complain and claim back the refund amount for the short ( counter showcases ) in our booth .
The Showcases that are given to us is in very bad condition although you took full payment from us. Inspite of us following K. Sabaithong and other staffs at the show ground still no one came to change the showcases for us.
Since you cannot provide us service up to what we have paid, Kindly refund us back the money for showcases that we have paid . Today is already the third day yet our problem is being ignored.
