Dear Mr. Chanvit,
As the president of Tribal Venture International, I want to inform you that the Fiber samples I received from you in October 26, 2015 which you told me that you had received from HRDI, the fibers its not a useable or saleable fiber due to:
1). The fibers were contaminated, molds and its seem to be from older Hemp seed stalk.
2) Due to the mold and older stalk, the fiber its weak and not strong, no buyer will buy these type of quality of fiber.
3). Due to the lack of cooperation of HRDI and their associates from TAK, my agreement to purchase the merchandise its still stand with these conditions:
a. HRDI must provide me with new and only 90 days old Hemp Fiber ( NOT 120 days or older seed stalk hemp).
b. Hurd must be clean and free of dust, NO MOLDS, pack properly in 20-25 kilo plastic bag.
c. HRDI must give us a guarantee of quality in writing.
I want to inform you that because of the Fiber was the seed stalk, the fiber it’s not strong and not the quality that our buyers are looking for. HRDI should have known this because they had done 10 years of research.
I am very concerned about the integrity and sincerity of HRDI and their associates in Tak. Please provide us current information about the Hemp and new samples that we can provide for our potential investors and buyers.
Sincerely,
Kong PengVang
President and CEO of Tribal Venture International
