Change Project leadership
Last week Dave Steele announced the appointment of Iain Ross as CEO of the Digital Enterprise.
As you know, Iain has been driving the implementation of the organizational change program. Whilst the reorganization is essentially complete, there are elements of the program that are just getting into their full implementation phase, including:
• Customer Care program - creating an obsession with helping our customers achieve success
• Knowledge & Networks - enhancing the networks leveraging the power of our teams and knowledge into a truly differentiated capability
• Performance Leadership - empowering everyone in the organization to deliver what they promise and being accountable for that delivery
Effective immediately, Dave Steele will add leadership of the change program to his responsibilities. Dave will have support from Greg Pitt and the change team, and broader support from the Group PMO to achieve the objectives of the program. Clearly there will be a period of transition over the next month, so Iain will still have a level of participation over this time.
I thank Iain for his support and the work he has completed on the change program to date.
