Department Performance data collection and statistics;
Analysis and export above report(formal data excel report/ table) to regional and Head Quarter office routinely.
Upload the report/document to the IT system for department
Prepare and arrange the department meeting.
Handing & record in-out document for department.
Special event and activities coordinator.
Support general admin and secretarial tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
Female and only Thai nationality.
College’s degree in business management, secretary, admin or related filed.
Good English communication and Mandarin is preferred.
Microsoft office is a must.
Can work in multicultural environment, under pressure with less supervision.
Service mind, high responsibilities, good international skill and enthusiastic.
Strong planning skill
