At ODP, complex odor can be separated as a single odor. For this reason, separated single odors can have very different odors. Three different trained panelists (A–C) perceived the eluted odors at ODP. The panelists wrote the odor characteristics while they were evaluating odors. Although the same odor sample was analyzed and evaluated, the odor peaks perceived by panelists were slightly different from each other since each of them had different sensitivity against the odors. Panel A had an excellent sensitivity, B had a normal sensitivity, and C was a little insensitive to the odors compared to others. However, it was useful to have this result since the main or strong odor could be implicated from this result.
