For the last question on the post-survey students were asked, "Do you feel your writing has improved since the beginning of class?" Question 1was the same on both surveys: Overall, how well do feel that you understand grammar? On the scale of 1-5, the students felt that they understood grammar better after the experimental period. Question 2 stated: How positively have you viewed grammar classes in the past? For the post-survey Question 2 asked: How positively do you feel about this class? Although the questions were worded slightly differently,the score went up by almost a point, which suggests that their attitudes about grammar improved; however, the next question suggests the opposite. Question 3asked: What is your attitude about taking this class? For the post-survey the question was changed slightly to ask: Has your attitude toward grammar changed because of this class? The points average went down by almost a half a point. The results suggest that the questions may have been too subjective or that too much time elapsed
