I’ve reviewed your case and am issuing you a full refund for the subscription. Now the subscription has been canceled and you won’t be charged again after your current subscription expires.
In future, if you would like to cancel any active subscription from your account, then the auto renewal option needs to be turned off at least 8 hours before scheduled renewal.
Within 10 business days, you will receive 11.96 USD to the payment method which was used to renew the subscription.
