only this one type of fish. The contribution of non-seafood mercury exposure was taken into account in this calculation as described in FSANZ (2004). The quantity (g) of SBT meal types (wild, farmed, akamai, chu-toro, o-toro) allowable were then rounded down to the nearest number of servings; serving sizes are based on Australian national serving sizes of 75 g for infants and 150 g for adults
