Understanding Your Own Leadership Style
To understand your strengths and weaknesses, you must assess your behaviors and skills. One tool used to assess leadership style is the 360-degree feedback evaluation, which derives its name from the 360 degrees in a circle. The circle illustrates that this is a process in which multiple perspectives are solicited regarding a person's performance. In a comprehensive 360-degree evaluation, an individual and any constituency affected by that individual's performance may be involved in the assessment process.
