Time for AES again! From September 9 to September 30, you will have the opportunity to give us feedback on the various dimensions of your working environment. The AES results are essential for the AMOS Board to understand how engaged the various AMOS teams are, which accomplishments they acknowledge, which remaining areas for improvement they see, and which additional actions should be taken in order to further improve.
AES is now being conducted for the sixth time already. Last year, India, Romania and Austria were included, for the first time, an important indicator of our global presence. AES will continue to be global, reflecting the “One Global Team” concept. AES results for 2014 showed that, of course, the level of engagement varies between the various AMOS teams and that actions were needed in some areas and / or around certain topics. We took a thorough look at all your feedback and I had a chance to recap, a few weeks ago, some of the key initiatives which we took in order to improve (intranet interview). For instance, we have introduced measures around “Work-Life Balance and Health Management” as well as “Performance & Compensation” which were prominent feedback topics.
Conclusion: this direct feedback is very important to us because everybody can contribute, it is a recurring exercise which makes it easy to assess the “journey”, and the structure is quite practical to derive concrete actions.
Last year, we reached a good AES participation rate of 86 percent within AMOS – which was a great improvement compared to the 73 percent in 2013 and a clear sign of commitment and trust. On behalf of the AMOS Board of Management, I would like to thank every one of you for your feedback and encourage you to now take this opportunity again (some general information on this year’s survey can be found further down in this message.)
Remember - your voice counts and we will, all together, act on the feedback.
Please, tell us your opinion on what was done so far. Help us in continuing to make AMOS a better place to work. Thank you in advance for your feedback!
Sincerely yours
Sylvie Ouziel
On behalf of the AMOS Board of Management

Allianz Engagement Survey 2015
Please be reassured that your individual survey responses will be treated as 100% confidential. Your results will only be received by our external provider Kenexa and will be delivered to us in aggregated anonymous reports (see FAQ data protection).
The results of this year’s survey will be communicated around mid-November. The questions, dimensions and existing indices (Employee Engagement Index, Performance Enablement Index) will remain the same as in 2014. This year, a new index will be introduced: the Work Well Index (WWI). As a result, two new questions have been included in the existing survey.
On the first day of the survey, you will receive an email from our external survey provider Kenexa with your personal invitation to participate. In addition, you will find on your desk an explanation of the wording used in the survey in order to avoid any misunderstanding of the questions. On the intranet, you can monitor the participation rate per pillar, so… are you up for a bit of a competition?
