• Conduct meetings with load-ramp services personnel to enhance communication, build team spirit and elevate job performance;
• Ensure cabin cleaning and servicing is accomplished professionally and efficiently in conformity to Company standards and requirements;
• Supervise the discipline, conduct and appearance of cleaning personnel;
• Control inventory of cabin cleaning supplies and materials;
• Plan staff assignments;
• Account for consumption of catering supplies and materials, and to initiate re-ordering;
• Review the overall performance of catering services on a daily basis and initiate improvement;
• Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to assure all operational activities adhere to safety guidelines; and
• Perform other duties assigned by the Ramp Services Manager;
• Maintain in Company’s Quality Control(QC) and Safety Control in he/she job related

An applicant for the Chief Ramp Service position should have:
• A pleasant, service-minded personality;
• Leadership skills to direct, inspire and motivate others;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to direct the work of others in a positive way;
• Ability to work well in a stressful environment;
• Ability to be rotated to work at different stations;
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays;
• Preferably a bachelor degree or tech diploma;
• Strong command of written and spoken English;
• Knowledge in using computer programs;
• 2 years of experience in aircraft loading or cargo operations, in high activity environment;
• Previous experience of aircraft weight and balance or dangerous goods handling is an advantage; and
• Male applicant must be exempted from military duties.
